Training Schedule

Our goal is to offer classes and open gym 7 days a week, during the times that work best for our community. As we begin discussions with members and a high demand for certain class times arise, we will of course adjust accordingly. But this is the current breakdown:

  • Monday- Friday: 5am, 6am, 715, 12pm, 515, and 630pm
  • Saturday: 8am, 915am, 1030am
  • Sunday: 800am
