The programming of our group training strength + Conditioning classes are designed to help you improve both physically and mentally. We structure our programming to first ensure all participants are moving correctly, then we add appropriate loading, volume and intensity according to experience, goals and training history. Everyone is different and we take pride in being able to offer a training experience appropriate for all levels.
Start Group Training at HIRAYAOur coaches are primed and ready to deliver a more personal service on top of the classes we regularly provide. If you have super specific goals, are a high achiever or need more accountability in your life, then we recommend one of our coaches for personal training. Personal Training is a sure way to keep you accountable and to give you a more personalized approach than normal classes, these sessions will accelerate your progress and help give you an even better understanding of what you are capable of.

MON-FRIDAY 6am-7pm
SATURDAY - 7am-12pm
SUNDAY - 8am-12pm
