All of our classes are for all levels of experience! We always use a teach-first, then-progress method that allows beginners to learn the fundamentals and the more experienced to fine tune their skills.
Every class will begin with a warmup to prime your body to prepare it for some combination of functional strength program and a metabolic conditioning workout. Depending on the day, the week, or even the month, a class might spend more time on one or the other, but that is what is key for our program- the more you come, the more your body learns how to do.
Of course. Just let your coach know everything that you can or should not be doing and we'll be well prepared and happy to provide any modifications needed for you to have a safe and fun workout.
Yes! Two of them. And we tried to provide all the comforts you might need to freshen up from your workout and go about your day such as blowdryers and various toiletries.
We try to make memberships as easy as possible. No hidden fees when signing up, no fees when cancelling. Just give us two weeks or 15 days of written notice before your next renewal.
