Our coaches have a relentless demand for proper technique, teaching athletes how to perform movements from the basic fundamentals, and helping them progress to more advanced movements when appropriate

Purposeful Strength Training

We program our classes keeping in mind the journey of getting stronger as well as taking care of people from all levels of experience. Whenever it is you start, you'll be following a program designed to progress you over time safely following scientific principles of strength training to get better at a variety of methods and implements.

Intentional Metabolic conditioning

It's easy for any gym to program high intensity classes just for the sake of getting a good sweat on. But at HIRAYA, you'll focus on increasing your aerobic conditioning to be able to perform at a wide range of time domains. So whether you have to do a fast sprint burner, a long endurance workout, or anything in between, you'll be ready for a good time.
